I am all about making “healthy” a way of life. As a Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to help you identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress and sleep – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even disease – disease is basically dis-ease in the body.

Our bodies are dynamic organisms, constantly changing and evolving and each one of us is unique. Put simply, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living. My goal is to guide you for YOU to find a solution that fits into YOUR daily routine and that compliments YOUR personality and outlook. It is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It is not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity/movement, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes “secondary foods”. I will support you to reach balance in these areas (and more) and move toward an inspired, fulfilling life. |
