I am here to guide you to a place of loving and accepting yourself, exactly as you are. I believe acceptance is where true transformation begins.

I am all about making “healthy” a way of life. As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to help you identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress and sleep – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even disease – disease is basically dis-ease in the body.

Our bodies are dynamic organisms, constantly changing and evolving and each one of us is unique. Put simply, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living. My goal is to guide you for YOU to find a solution that fits into YOUR daily routine and that compliments YOUR personality and outlook.

It is easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It is not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity/movement, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes “secondary foods”. I will support you to reach balance in these areas (and more) and move toward an inspired, fulfilling life.

My coaching approach is multi-faceted, focusing on self-empowerment, raising emotional intelligence, shifting mindset and mindful living.
  • Individuals who want to improve their health following an illness or while managing a chronic health condition in collaboration with their doctors.
  • People who are on a weight loss journey and are seeking a health mentor who can help them make more informed decisions about movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, and other health behaviors.
  • People who are ready to invite more mindfulness and vibrancy into their lives while establishing boundaries.
  • People that want to reduce stress, increase mental clarity, emotional well-being, and sense of purpose.
  • Gain clarity on the next steps in life by resetting direction or goals. By fine-tuning a powerful process that quickly helps shift patterns that are blocking the person from true health and happiness.
  • People dealing with addictions.
Coaching with Me Encompasses:
  • A comfortable conversation, in a safe, confidential environment, that will help us understand what your biggest frustrations are, what have you tried so far and worked and what didn’t work and where are you wanting, dreaming, wishing to go with your health and life. I call it the Discovery Session.
  • A plan of action done by you, broken down into small and easy-to-implement action steps. I will be beside with you and help you get clear on your health and life goals, then we will identify the steps you will need to take to reach those goals.
  • Are the foods you are eating loving you back? We will co-create the best food fit for your needs and help you implement it, make it your own. Understanding the mindfulness of how, why, and when we eat and behaviors around it.
  • Movement and mindset integration. It is vital to have all five pillars of unsurpassed health strong and in balance. Daily movement is key to supporting digestive regularity, which in turn helps boost immunity, relieve stress, and enhance our mood! I will share with you the tools you will need to build your own toolbox to fuse movement and mindset with food. And how they are interconnected. Having access to these tools will make your transformation work much easier and more efficient. It will become second nature before you know it.
  • Health and wellness priorities, goals, action steps and to dos, that cover areas such as sleep, food, movement, stress reduction, self-care connection, relaxation, and self-care.
  • Accountability, Accountability, Accountability. Coaching is what you make of it! I will hold you accountable to your action steps. I will provide you with the best tool to keep track of your progress, so both you and I are in the know. Ultimately, only you can make things happen.
  • Systematic focus, inspiration, and support. After each session, you’ll feel inspired and motivated to keep on doing the (amazing) work, you’ll stay focused on the big picture, so you can do the things that need to be done, despite anything that may be happening in your environment.
  • Support outside the sessions. You can feel certain that your needs will be met with regular emails and texting support. Plus follow up calls (phone or virtual).
