My Training

I have always been passionate about health and wellness, and I knew at my young age that I loved helping people. My adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit led me to create a recovery wellness nonprofit community organization in 2010 to guide and inspire individuals and families through the process of recovery wellness from substance addiction. This gave me the opportunity to share my experience of health and wellness with an integrative approach as a coach. Here is where I found my true calling. The knowledge I have gained and the ability to guide others toward better health had done something to me.
I decided to expand my horizons and get my experiences more aligned. After years of inventorying my life, prioritizing my journeys, spending time with myself and tapping into all of the things that really made me happy, I realized that nothing made me feel better than taking great care of myself and being able to share the practices and gifts I loved so that other people could take great care of themselves too. This ultimately led me to enroll at IIN, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition school in New York and completing my health coaching certification, which was just the beginning. I loved coaching, but once I started, I knew I was just scratching the surface of my true passion.
