“My top three goals when I started the 6-month program were; to establish a healthy eating lifestyle/routine; manage and balance my stress, and to create a movement routine (workout plan) that would fit my busy schedule. Focusing on the SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound) approach helped me stay on track with my goals and action steps. By keeping track of my progress, obstacles, and/or challenges, I was able to get organized and find ways to accomplish my goals. Martha assisted me to come up with my own action plan around all my goals.
