Welcome to my coaching programs page. I am overly excited to present these offerings because they incorporate the best of what I do into integrated, individual customed programs. Your Coaching Program

COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY COACHING SESSION
A 60-minute session dedicated to YOU. We will talk about your health, your lifestyle, and your current goals. This is a time for us to get to know each other and make sure this is the right fit. I will give you a more in-depth look into my program.

Discover:
What is been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from having the healthy life you want. A powerful vision for your total transformation, and what that will mean for your health and your life. The foods and habits that are obstacles for your health, and what to do about it.

1:1 COACHING SIGNATURE: 6 MONTHS OF TOTAL TRANSFORMATION
Looking for a personalized approach? My 1:1 coaching is made for you.

One hour, powerfully transformative sessions are done privately virtually via internet. This is your chance to get a completely customized roadmap to health, developed with your health history, lifestyle, desires, and specific goals in mind.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully to your story and support you on a biweekly basis to help you achieve your goals, deal with obstacles, and develop patterns to build momentum and success in the long-term.

Together we will connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be. Talk it out! This is your time to be heard.

Decipher your body’s unique needs. Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change.

  • Twelve 60-minute privately online sessions (2x/month)
  • Email support and phone calls between sessions
  • 6 x 15 minute laser “self-care emergency” calls
  • Coaching session follow-up notes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
  • Action steps assignments between sessions to support small changes
  • Stress reduction mindful modalities
  • A La Carte Services (An add-on when you commit to my Signature Coaching Program)​

S.M.A.R.T. GOAL APPROACH
As your health coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We will get clear on your goals together and I will share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (with your permission) – because I believe knowledge is power and that change can happen once, we really understand WHY. Why? Because it is harder to go at it alone and so much more fun when WE do it together.

S.M.A.R.T. (Specific-Measurable-Achievable-Relevant-Timeframe) goal setting is part of the program. It is important to have goals that are just long enough to make it a meaningful process and short enough to create a sense of urgency and focus. Goals should be quantifiable and measurable.

Did you know? You are more likely to meet your goals if you write them down and verbalize them to somebody else.

You may not be able to control the rate at which your body loses weight, but you can control what you eat and how often you exercise, which usually leads to weight loss.

MONTHLY BOOST COACHING
We all move to our own rhythm and accomplish goals in our own time and at our own pace.

The Monthly Boost Coaching is another personalized program, we continue on from the 1:1 Coaching Signature Program. This is a 6 month (1xmonth) program and build a more solid foundation in your health by continuing to co-create more healthy ways to move forward, fine tuning your specific health rhythm concerns and looking at stress and its effect on your body.

This Monthly Boost program works at re-tuning your palette so you can better use your food to achieve the health you are looking for. We work on overcoming obstacles, identifying healthy options for you, and increasing your awareness of food labels and how to interpret them.

Each monthly session introduces you to new health concept you can take with you into your new healthy lifestyle.

  • One hour privately online session per month
  • E-mail support and phone calls between sessions
  • Coaching session follow-up notes and action steps
  • Coaching and support to help you make “secondary foods” and lifestyle changes you want.

Or it can be a separate 1 hour session of your choice for extra charge if they are not part of the 1:1 Signature Coaching Program. Great for addressing specific questions for those seeking support around minor and lifestyle tweaks and adjustments or honoring on one topic of focus.

WELLNESS WALKS AT THE MARKET
The walk is in person or virtual where we walk around together notating healthier options and perhaps reading food labels closer on products that your body is “loving you back or not” to help you make smart healthy choices. There will be educational videos and handouts as well.
You will also receive a customized “real food guide” with all the health benefits that you can use as a guide when shopping for produce so you know what are you eating, assist you when you are prepping foods or making your grocery list. Plus, a give-away book on the real food grocery guide.

PANTRY CLEAN OUT – HEALTH KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
My passion for cooking was something that began at a young age and is continuing to strengthen as I experiment with new ingredients and techniques. I have also had to learn how to continue to make nourishing food on a conservative budget because I refuse to sacrifice eating well. I believe it is possible to eat well on a budget and with the right kitchen essentials, and a healthy pantry the possibilities are endless...and delicious, if I do say so myself.

Cleaning out your pantry has never been this fun! During this interactive virtual consultation, you and your family will learn how to read a nutrition label, which foods to consider replacing with healthier options, insightful cooking, and shopping tips, and more!

A well-stocked kitchen is key for creating sustainable, healthy habits! Healthy kitchen essentials are perfect for cooking, meal-prepping, and keeping your kitchen organized all week long. We will work with what you have and incorporate others per your own discretion.
