1:1 COACHING SIGNATURE: 6 MONTHS OF TOTAL TRANSFORMATION
Looking for a personalized approach? My 1:1 coaching is made for you.
One hour, powerfully transformative sessions are done privately in person or virtually via internet. This is your chance to get a completely customized roadmap to health, developed with your health history, lifestyle, desires, and specific goals in mind. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully to your story and support you on a biweekly basis to help you achieve your goals, deal with obstacles, and develop patterns to build momentum and success in the long-term. Together we will connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be. Talk it out! This is your time to be heard. Decipher your body’s unique needs. As your health coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We will get clear on your goals together and I will share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (with your permission) – because I believe knowledge is power and that change can happen once, we really understand WHY. Why? Because it is harder to go at it alone and so much more fun when WE do it together.
S.M.A.R.T. (Specific-Measurable-Achievable-Relevant-Timeframe) goal setting is part of the program. It is important to have goals that are just long enough to make it a meaningful process and short enough to create a sense of urgency and focus. Goals should be quantifiable and measurable.
Did you know? You are more likely to meet your goals if you write them down and verbalize them to somebody else.
You may not be able to control the rate at which your body loses weight, but you can control what you eat and how often you exercise, which usually leads to weight loss.

A NEW BREATH - TOBACCO CESSATION COACHING
Congratulations on taking the first step to embark your tobacco sobriety journey. Whether you smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vape or use chewing tobacco, A NEW BREATH program can support you with this journey.
So, what is the best way to quit tobacco? People ask this question all the time and there are multiple ways you can stop. The best way to stop tobacco is to use behavioral techniques along with health coaching to help you break the habit and develop new behaviors, along with aromatherapy to help you manage nicotine withdrawal symptoms. The A NEW BREATH program will assist you in changing your daily behaviors that up until now have resulted in your use of tobacco products. The A NEW BREATH method helps you overcome the mental addiction to smoking by reprograming the thinking and behavioral patterns that keep you addicted to nicotine. It’s a cognitive behavioral-mindfulness-based method that removes your desire to smoke by changing how you think about smoking (cognitive) and breaking the habit (behavioral) in 4 stages, during a 6 month coaching program. Do you wonder about: • Getting your health back on track and improving your breathing, energy, and finances even if you’ve been smoking all your life? • Becoming mentally healthier, happier, and more confident even if those things seem hard or out of reach right now ? • And letting go of the constant worry and guilt of how you might be harming your health and the anxiety of thinking about your next cigarette ? This is a 6 month (2x month) program where you build a more solid foundation in your health by continuing to co-create more healthy ways to move forward as becoming tobacco free. Sessions are privately in person or online. Each monthly session introduces you to new health concept you can take with you into your new healthy lifestyle.
