1:1 COACHING SIGNATURE: 6 MONTHS OF TOTAL TRANSFORMATION
Looking for a personalized approach? My 1:1 coaching is made for you.
One hour, powerfully transformative sessions are done privately virtually via internet. This is your chance to get a completely customized roadmap to health, developed with your health history, lifestyle, desires, and specific goals in mind. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully to your story and support you on a biweekly basis to help you achieve your goals, deal with obstacles, and develop patterns to build momentum and success in the long-term. Together we will connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be. Talk it out! This is your time to be heard. Decipher your body’s unique needs. S.M.A.R.T. GOAL APPROACH
As your health coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We will get clear on your goals together and I will share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (with your permission) – because I believe knowledge is power and that change can happen once, we really understand WHY. Why? Because it is harder to go at it alone and so much more fun when WE do it together.
S.M.A.R.T. (Specific-Measurable-Achievable-Relevant-Timeframe) goal setting is part of the program. It is important to have goals that are just long enough to make it a meaningful process and short enough to create a sense of urgency and focus. Goals should be quantifiable and measurable.
Did you know? You are more likely to meet your goals if you write them down and verbalize them to somebody else.
You may not be able to control the rate at which your body loses weight, but you can control what you eat and how often you exercise, which usually leads to weight loss.

MONTHLY BOOST COACHING
We all move to our own rhythm and accomplish goals in our own time and at our own pace.
The Monthly Boost Coaching is another personalized program, we continue on from the 1:1 Coaching Signature Program. This is a 6 month (1xmonth) program and build a more solid foundation in your health by continuing to co-create more healthy ways to move forward, fine tuning your specific health rhythm concerns and looking at stress and its effect on your body. This Monthly Boost program works at re-tuning your palette so you can better use your food to achieve the health you are looking for. We work on overcoming obstacles, identifying healthy options for you, and increasing your awareness of food labels and how to interpret them.
