My Health Coaching Approach
Health coaching is a behavioral motivation practice. As your health coach, I am on your team to help, guide, encourage, motivate, and support you for you to obtain your health goals. I will be on the side lines cheering you on as you carry the ball to the finish line. As a health coach I will help find your strengths and values and you will formulate your best action plan to reach your health and wellness goals.
In my sessions (in person or virtual), I help clients re-connect with themselves, and from an inspired state of mind, they become the absolute best version of their authentic self. I offer simple tools that help clients redesign their minds to create remarkable effects in their lives. Clients learn how to increase awareness of thoughts and patterns that are not serving them and replace them with new thoughts and healthy patterns. At the end, its allowing “natural” to take place and provide the ripple effect of health and wellness experience in each individual.
I will bring an abundance of love, compassion, support, clarity, accountability, enthusiasm, stretch and experience into our partnership.

BIO-INDIVIDUALITY
What is Bio-Individuality? The concept of bio-individuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. It means that we are all different, and therefore require different approaches in achieving our most vital and healthy selves. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I will support you to make positive changes that are based on your own unique needs.

CROWDING OUT
How to “Crowd Out” unhealthy foods and improve your health?
One way is to increase the proportion of healthy foods you eat, while continuing to eat some of your favorite but less healthy – foods in smaller portions, your cravings for junk foods will slowly subside. Not to mention, when you are satiated and full, you tend to snack less. Otherwise known as “crowding in” healthy foods and “crowding out” foods that are not loving you back, this approach to healthy eating focuses on adding in nutritious foods. At each coaching session we will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such physical activity, spiritual awareness, love, and relationship as well as career and healthy spending. I will personally and carefully guide and coach YOU for you to make simple and small changes that transform YOUR life. This process takes practice, but I will support you along the way. |
DECONSTRUCING CRAVINGS
Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs. Understanding our cravings for sweet and salty snacks can be tricky, confusing, and downright frustrating. We often associate them with negative emotions, lack of self-control and weight loss failures. But cravings are an important source of information that often signals information, a lack in our body that needs attention and nurturing.
When we are able to tune in and get clear on the source of our cravings, we can make empowered choices that support our health & wellbeing. |
