I am all about making “healthy” a way of life. As an integrative certified health coach, I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to help you identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress and sleep – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even disease – disease is basically dis-ease in the body.

My approachHealth coaching is a behavioral motivation practice. As your health coach, I am on your team to help, guide, encourage, motivate, and support you for you to obtain your health goals. I will be on the side lines cheering you on as you carry the ball to the finish line.

SpeakingI love sharing the message of a healthy lifestyle and my favorite tips and tricks with people. I can come talk to your co-workers, participate in panel discussions, or conduct group workshops. You should know that I do not like diets and do not subscribe to one specific theory or approach. I believe that real whole foods, moving daily, balancing sleep, having a deep self connection with yourself and learning how to deal with stress is the real keys to a healthy life.
